Barbara is a pragmatic, feisty bridge between the teachings of Emmanuel and the psychological domain. She has graduate degrees in Education and Sexuality from New York University. She is a teacher and Helper in the Pathwork of Self-Transformation and a certified practitioner of both Core Energetics and BRETH Work.

Barbara's practice focuses on dealing effectively with the deeper meaning of fear as the only addiction on the planet. The essence of this work is to treat the wounded self with a loving kindness that opens the door to the ultimate exploration of the relationship to self, other, and the God within.

Through her work with Pat and Emmanuel, Barbara has learned to bring compassion to the human journey. Out of this association is emerging a series of trainings. One is entitled "For God's Sake, Lighten Up: a Master Class in Life." The other is called "Phases of Awakening." These trainings are intensive courses or seminars for those people who are ready to claim their own connection to spirit.

Barbara is available for group and individual sessions in California.
